These terms govern the use of the Kortress website, web apps, tools, games, and related online services.

2. Service Scope

• Web utilities such as Base64, JSON Tools, and calculators
• Web apps such as KoMenu and Kophoto
• Games and interactive content
• Other pages and features operated by Kortress

3. User Responsibilities

• You must not use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• You must not submit content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.
• Automated abuse, excessive requests, service interference, and security bypass attempts are prohibited.

4. User Submissions

If you submit suggestions, text, images, or feedback, Kortress may review, store, edit, or apply them for service operation and improvement.

Submissions that are illegal, spammy, promotional, or infringing may be rejected or removed without notice.

5. Changes and Suspension

Kortress may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service for technical, operational, or security reasons.

Advance notice may be provided when practical, but urgent action may be taken immediately when necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Kortress is not liable for losses caused by user environment issues, network failures, third-party services, or external APIs.
